We are proud to recognize Joseph Sinclair as our March Employee of the Month! Joseph is a dedicated team member assigned at Cox Automotive, the nation’s largest wholesale vehicle auction operation, which has been setting the industry standard for buying and selling used vehicles for over 75 years.
Joseph started working with StaffEx in October of 2024 and has since proven to be an essential part of the team. As part of the team at Cox Automotive, Joseph plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations by managing new inventory and preparing vehicles for weekly sales. His reliability, flexibility, and willingness to help others make him a standout employee and a valued member of the team.
When asked about himself, Joseph shared a heartfelt perspective on his approach to life and work:
I do love people, and I enjoy working and doing anything I can to help others, that’s who I am. That’s how I live my life. Whatever I can do to make a situation better, that’s what I always try to do. My motto is: you do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
