How do I apply for a job through StaffEx?
To get started, visit the Search Jobs section of our website to browse current openings and complete an online application. If your qualifications align with the needs of one of our clients, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the next steps.
What is the process after I submit my application?
Once the recruitment team reviews your application, if there is a potential match, you will be contacted for an initial interview to discuss your experience, skills, and career aspirations. This conversation helps us find the perfect job that matches your profile and goals.
What types of jobs does StaffEx offer?
StaffEx specializes in a wide range of employment opportunities, including temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire positions at many levels in various industries, such as accounting and finance, administrative and clerical, human resources, healthcare, light industrial and skilled trades.
Do you do background checks and drug testing?
Yes, we conduct background checks and drug testing as part of our employment process to ensure a safe and trustworthy working environment for all our employees and partners.
What pay ranges do you offer?
- Entry Level: $13-15/hour
- Skilled: $15-20/hour
- Executive: +$20/hour
When do employees get paid?
Employees are paid weekly – every Friday.
What is your holiday and vacation pay?
Eligible employees receive holiday pay after completing 1,000 hours of work, recognizing their hard work and dedication. After accruing 2,000 hours of work, employees are entitled to 5 days of vacation.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, our referral program offers a reward for bringing new talent into our team. Once the referred employee completes two days of work, the person who made the referral is eligible to receive a gift card valued at either $25 or $50.
