We are excited to recognize Ryan Kleingardner as our April 2025 Employee of the Month! Ryan is currently working as a FIIT Instructor at Manheim Tampa, one of the nation’s leading wholesale vehicle auction companies. Since joining the StaffEx team, Ryan has made a lasting impression with his strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Raised in Tampa, Florida, Ryan brings his hometown pride and energy to the workplace every day. He describes himself as a fast learner who always gives 110%—and his performance backs that up. Ryan is not only hardworking and efficient, but also known for being friendly, outspoken, and a team player who lifts those around him.
Ryan’s dedication to his role and the safety of his work environment sets a high standard. He’s committed to doing things the right way and constantly strives to improve. His supervisor and team appreciate his consistency, enthusiasm, and the drive he brings to every task.
Outside of work, Ryan loves to travel and is passionate about saving up to go on cruises and explore the world. It’s clear that he values both hard work and the rewards that come from it.
