Nelsa has been part of the StaffEx team since 2022, working seasonally as a Machine Operator for a paper products manufacturing company in Oldsmar, Florida. Throughout her time with us, Nelsa has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset that makes her a standout employee.
During the company’s busy summer production season, Nelsa plays a vital role — not only by performing her job with excellence but also by assisting in the training of new employees, helping ensure each season runs smoothly from the start.
