Originally from New York but raised in Florida, Joshua brings a unique blend of resilience, determination, and humility to everything he does. His personal motto, “Work hard, play harder,” reflects his approach to life—giving his best effort in his career while also making time to enjoy life’s experiences.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys nature walks, traveling, and visiting art museums, activities that allow him to stay inspired and appreciate the world around him. His outlook on life is rooted in continuous growth. As Joshua puts it, “My goal in life is to strive to be better than I was the day before.”
Joshua’s professional background reflects that same dedication. Prior to joining StaffEx, he spent over four years with American Signature in Brandon, where he served as a Warehouse Lead and Supervisor. During that time, he developed strong leadership skills and hands-on operational experience, helping ensure efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Today, Joshua is currently on assignment with one of our valued clients, a company that provides intelligent manufacturing solutions to OEMs, industrial end-users, and system integrators by adding value to leading products in factory automation and controls. In his role, Joshua continues to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Joshua is also someone who believes deeply in personal growth. He openly shares that while life comes with challenges and mistakes, what truly matters is learning, improving, and continuing to move forward. His mindset is simple but powerful: always strive to be your best self and walk into every room with confidence and integrity.
