What staffing services does StaffEx provide?

StaffEx offers temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire staffing, on-site staffing management, and managed vendor services for positions in: Administrative/Clerical; Accounting/Finance; Manufacturing/Production; and IT/Engineering.

Why should I use StaffEx instead of filling the position on my own?

We have extensive experience finding and placing candidates with the right skills set and personality. As a result, we can save you considerable amounts of time and money by taking responsibility for recruiting staff on your behalf.

When you provide us with a temporary or temp-to-hire employee, who is the actual employer?

StaffEx is the employer of record. We are responsible for all employer costs, including state and federal taxes, social security, state and federal unemployment, and workers’ compensation.

How are your candidates evaluated and screened?

Our applicants go through an extensive application process that includes a phone screening, skills testing, face-to-face interviews and pre-employment drug testing to ensure they meet our hiring criteria. We can also conduct background checks, depending on your needs.

Is there an obligation to hire an employee on a temp-to-hire job assignment?

No. The benefit of using temp-to-hire is that it gives both you and the employee the opportunity to see if there is a good fit between the two before making a job offer.
